I am not sure who you handed off your school kit collection to but they did a great job in boxing all the school kits for loading. The MMDC truck arrived Sunday morning, June 14, 2009, at 10:00 am and it took 4 hours to load the truck with all the school kits in the nose of the trailer. We filled the 45 foot semi trailer over half full of school bags from floor to ceiling. We have calls for school bags, so they will be such a blessing. Thank you so much for lining up for MMDC to receive your annual conference donations this year.
Totals for both conferences:
East Ohio Annual Conference Supplies weight is 11,704 pounds (flood buckets and health kits)
West Ohio Annual Conference Supplies weight is 20,111 pounds (school kits)
When we went over the scales on I70 the green arrow light waved us through as not being overweight, which was great. Our total on the truck was 31,815 pounds.
